Kirtan dhyan

Kirtan DhyanMeditation is for courageous. It is not for those who are non-courageous. Meditation is an adventure, a courage. It is meant to go deep with one big leap. One needs courage to enter into unknown & mysterious and rememberone thing that you cannot move on that path while saving yourself.

Kirtan Dhyan includes Meditation divided into four stages. Each stage include full meditation for 10minutes.

1. First stage: 10 minutes
Do it blissfully. Express your joy in kirtan. Not with tension, not with tense attitude as if you are going to perform something. No, you are entering into a dance of divine. You are even not aware of the dance, there are no rules of that dance, there are no steps, you don't know anything but you are getting ready to dance with God, hand in hand.

2. Second stage: 10 minutes
Kirtan will stop. Then whatever you feel like expressing, just do it, dance & rejoice. If you feel like screaming - scream, feel like laughing - laugh, feel like crying - cry, just unburden it. Keep going with rythm and float on it. whatever is your joy full expression, be with it. Jump, Sing, dance - just whatever.

3. Third stage: 10 minutes
Stop everything. Sit, lie - down or keep standing, close your eyes. The energy is awaken, let it enter inside you. Leave all senses relaxed, be like a dead body.

4. Fourth stage: 10 minutes
The joy which you are filled with express it. Let the joy express whatsoever, itself through your body. If laughter breaks out or tears are shed through your eyes or you fell like dancing in joy - express it. Let your every heart - beat say - This is the grace. feel the bliss. Fold your hands & put your head at the divine feet.
