Introduction :
Meditation is for courageous. It is not for those
who are non-courageous. Meditation is an adventure,
a courage. It is meant to go deep with one big leap.
One needs courage to enter into unknown & mysterious
and rememberone thing that you cannot move on that
path while saving yourself.
Kirtan Dhyan includes Meditation divided into four
stages. Each stage include full meditation for 10minutes.
